From Newhall Farm apples fermented on grape pomace left over from making our red wine.  60 cases expected.

2017 Ice Cider Cider

From Newhall Farm apples picked frozen on the tree in December and January and pressed to yield a concentrated juice. 80 6X375ml cases expected.

2017 Late Harvest Cider

The second cut of juice from the 2017 Ice Cider pressing.  A dry, barrel aged strong cider or apple wine.  15 cases expected.

2019 Cyser


From apples grown at Newhall Farm, fermented with honey produced locally in Weathersfield, VT. 30 cases expected.

2018 White Wine


66% St Pepin, 34% Prairie Star, grown in Reading, VT.  Barrel aged, spontaneous malo-lactic.  Unfiltered.  25 cases expected.
